I confided in someone who is mutual friends with Day’nah although I didn’t personally know her, she immediately took me under her wing. This couldn’t have came at a better time because its was exactly 3 weeks after my 1st chemo appointment and my hair had just began to fall out the very same day I met Day’nah. She took my hand encouraged me to seek medical attention, took me to my appointments, and assisted my children throughout the process. The staff came over and cooked for my children and I, wrap gifts, provided my children with clothes and hair services. They provided all of the services that I could no longer complete at the time.
